I reached 100 followers!

I just realized that I reached 100 followers. I feel horrible because I have tossed the idea around of doing a giveaway, but I have done nothing to prepare for it. And right now just does not seem like the time to do one, so I thought I would take a couple of suggestions, recommendations, and advice to help boost my blog.

Should I do a giveaway when I reach 125-150 followers? What would you like to see me blog about? Would you like the chance to ask me questions, any questions? And last but definitely not least, do you recommend anyone that I could do an exchange with to get an awesome blog layout, buttons, etc?
