Happy 4 Years to Us!

Today is our anniversary. I can not believe we have been married for 4 years. I'm only 21. I am not suppose to already be married for 4 years. No, no, no... this can't be right! I always said I would never get married until I was with a guy for at least 3 years before getting engaged, and I would not get married until I was 24. 

Well, when you fall head over heels for your one and only, you are ready for your lifetime to start right then and there. That is exactly what happened to me at just 17 years old! 

I thought I would share some pictures from our wedding. Share our memories our day!

I chose Daisy's as my flower with White and Mauve Roses and Mauve Gerber Daisy's. My colors were Mauve, Yellow, and White. I wore a mermaid dress with a long sparkly veil. I had the most perfect shoes EVER! They were white with cute sparkly rhinestones up the top of my foot. Extremely high heels, too. They were the best ever. I love them.

I definitely had "something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue". The old was a bobby pin from my Nanny's wedding that had a pearl on it. Everything on me was new. I borrowed a hair piece from a friend. The blue was located on my garter.

Two years later.....

Who would have thought this is where we would be? Who would have thought this is what we would be doing? Who would have thought..... 

It is so weird to look back at these pictures and see how young we looked. We were just babies!! Well, to some we are still babies, but it is the thought of looking back and realizing we are growing in all directions. Seriously, I would have never dreamed that this would once be where I would be at in my life or that I would get married a month after graduating high school, or becoming a military wife to the most awesome husband in the world, or be traveling the world.... 

and when we reach our 40s, 50s, 60s, we can look back and choke over the fact that we have been together since high school! Yikes!
